Title: Adulthood is a Myth – A “Sarah’s Scribbles” Collection
Written and Illustrated by: Sarah Andersen
Published by: Andrews McMeel
Year: 2016

Adulthood is a Myth is a beautiful collection of comic stips by Sarah Andersen following the life of a young, introversive woman with a deep love for books and her warm, cosy bed. Not autobiographical at all… 😉

There is no better way of explaining what I love about Andersen’s art than simply showing it. Take a look and judge for yourself.

There are maaaany period jokes in this book – and they are all hilarious! (source)

I’m so glad I pre-ordered this book! It’s lovely to look at, a joy to read and fuzzy to touch. Yes, fuzzy! As a woman, I can completely identify with the girl and her ever so skeptical bunny.

Cosy reading nests are the best. (source)

Adulthood is a Myth is a lovely collection of old and new material. It makes a great addition to my comics collection. I laughed out loud a lot while reading it. I love Andersen’s cute and simple art as well as her on-point humorous writing.

I highly recommend you get this for yourself and for all of your family and friends. You will love it. They will love it. Spread the love!
